Happy June, friends!

Who doesn’t love June? The month where the days get a little bit longer, the sun gets a little bit warmer, life feels a little bit slower…ahh cue that deep breath of fresh summer air.

To kick off this month and the summer season ahead, we’ve written out a few marketing prompts to inspire your content this month. We exist to make your life easier, remember? 👊🏼

Let the inspiration begin!

1. National Donut Day

Talk about all the fun things (and maybe hard things too) you’ve accomplished this week, and how you 100% deserve that donut this morning. We’ve also got multiple delicious donut collections in the Shop, just filter by ‘donuts’ and you can scroll through them all!

I mean, who doesn’t love donuts?

2. What Do They Need To Hear Today?

Think about your customer and clients this morning… What do they need to hear today? Whether it’s a little push of encouragement or it’s a hilarious joke (Schitts creek, anyone?) that you both relate to… Think about what kind of emotion you could add to their daily scroll today. And then create and write from that specific place of connection!

3. Follow Friday OR Friday Inspiration

Remember how social media used to be SO FUN? A lot of that was rooted in how actually SOCIAL it was. So we’re bringin’ it back!

Talk up a few peers in your industry and tag them as a ‘#followfriday’ STORIES edition! Yep, that’s right – keep this to Stories. It makes it easy peasy and a fun way to really share the wealth!

OR

Share inspiration instead… Where you’ve been gaining inspo from lately and how you’re incorporating it into your business and daily workflow. This would be great for Reels or Stories.

4. Question + Answer

Feedback, oh feedback, what a beautiful and underrated thing you are! Head to Instagram and ask what your audience/clients would like to see from you. Run an Instagram story poll or questions, or ask them to comment below in a post.

What do they want to see more of, what do they not care about, what other brands are they loving right now…

This is the easiest market research ever and you might be surprised at what you find!

5. National Pink Day

Product peeps: If you have a product with pink in it, wonderful! Use it! Feature a pink palette product here and highlight why it’s awesomesauce.

Service-based friends: Use this to pull a pink graphic quote – an image of the beach you wish you were on with a pretty pink striped towel, your favorite pink dress, a recent client design featuring all the pinks –  you get the vibe!
